📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Capture high-quality video content using professional cameras and equipment
• Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and storyboards
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Provide regular video content reports and insights to support marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and editing
• Mentor and guide junior team members in video production techniques

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in the retail or marketing industry
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and narrative techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in English is a plus
