📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit checks, and collections.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aged receivables and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Support the sales team in invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit tax-related documents, such as VAT returns and monthly tax reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks, with experience in financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or similar) is a plus.
