📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and attendance using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Organize and coordinate company events and meetings.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee benefits and compliance with labor laws.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
