📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily carpark operations, including monitoring parking availability, issuing tickets, and handling customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth parking services and resolve any issues promptly.
• Learn and utilize parking management software such as ParkMobile or similar systems to track and manage parking spaces.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the carpark premises.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in carpark management and customer service.
• Support the team in implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving carpark operations and customer experience.
• Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving operational targets and maintaining high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or have recently graduated.
• Basic knowledge of carpark management and customer service principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
