📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or export logistics.
• Proven experience in managing international clients and resolving export-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
