📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mining company, ensuring efficient and safe production.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor the management team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community groups.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead the company's efforts in sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Ensure the company's financial health and stability through effective financial management and risk assessment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and think creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian mining industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
