• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution, sales growth, and profitability.
• Manage and optimize operational processes, including inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and drive sales growth.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align operations with strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
