📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidate fit with company culture and job requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
