📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.,Conducting site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and schedules.,Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Managing project documentation and reporting.,Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and site staff.,Implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
