The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing site activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the site, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and safely.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Monitor and report on site performance, including equipment utilization, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits and inspections.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to site operations, working closely with engineering and technical teams.,Provide technical support and guidance to site staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.,Proven experience in managing site operations, including maintenance, safety, and project management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
