📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Manage and mentor junior talent acquisition team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
