In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing procurement strategies, tender processes, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes while maintaining high standards of supplier performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.,Manage the entire tender and contract lifecycle, from RFP creation to contract execution and termination.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products/services.,Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of procurement processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, tender management, or contract negotiations.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and stakeholders.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive cost savings and efficiency.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management and contract compliance.
