The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure we have the best technology solutions and services at competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all IT vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure the best IT solutions and services for the company.,Monitor market trends and identify new vendors and technologies that can benefit the company.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Work closely with the IT team to understand their needs and ensure vendor solutions meet these requirements.,Manage budgets and ensure procurement activities are conducted within financial constraints.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on vendor performance and procurement activities.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT procurement and vendor management.,Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, best practices, and industry standards.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
