NEXUS Sentosa is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our team in Singkawang. As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with managers and employees to address HR-related issues and develop and implement HR policies and programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment, labor, and safety regulations.,Work with managers to address HR-related issues and concerns, and provide guidance and support to employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and programs, such as benefits, compensation, and performance management.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment, labor, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant HR tools and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
