📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor and control the company's budget and financial performance.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and prepare financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
