📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and education to employees on SHE best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SHE programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of SHE activities and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Certification in SHE management, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in managing a team and providing leadership and mentorship.
