Go Shop Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local food service laws.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, both in terms of physical appearance and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of orders to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, staff, and operations.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
