📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.
