📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and food cost control.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.,Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and sous chefs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
