📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Assist in the management of the outlet, including stock control and ordering
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Promote the services and products of the medical center
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet
  • Assist in the preparation of medical records and reports
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
