🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including inventory management, supply chain management, and quality control.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and supervise a team of operational staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
