Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
• Manage a team of baristas and staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
• Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement new ideas.
• Promote Depot Dian Cafe & Coffee's brand and values to customers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team and driving store performance.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in coffee training (e.g., SCA, or similar) is a plus.
