📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and general ledger entries.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information is available for decision-making.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving financial processes.
