📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Participate in product launches and promotions to boost sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Leadership and team management skills.
