📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
