📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
