Base Gate Group is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and fleet management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to a high standard and that our drivers are safe and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are inspected regularly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and work with the procurement team to secure the best deals.
  • Manage driver performance, including safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and IT, to ensure that the fleet is running smoothly.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers, such as mechanics and fuel companies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
