Bloom Pro Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in various tasks related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supply Chain Manager in managing procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, reordering, and reporting.,Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.,Provide support in the organization and execution of supply chain-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
