In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail sales activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective customer engagement and product promotion.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Retail Sales Manager.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Support the Retail Sales Manager in managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.,Assist in the development and maintenance of customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
