📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
