📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Department Head in planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental activities.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
  • Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Department Head and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Experience in managing departmental budgets and resources.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
