In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice to the executive team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.,Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies.,Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and reporting.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA).,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Mandarin languages.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
