📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all sales and marketing activities in the assigned area.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company's products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
